Sauna Bookings

What to bring?

Please come 10 minutes in advance, so you will be sauna-ready when your session starts.

      • Swimwear for your sea swimming or sauna bathing.
      • Water bottle – Do bring lots of water, stay hydrated whilst using the sauna.
      • Two towels (one for sitting on one for changing).
      • Sliders / flip-flops.
      • Sauna hat, wet bag, bathrobe.
