Wild Breath Session

Coming home to ourselves

Breathwork is a revitalising and restorative practice which helps us come into balance in our nervous systems, unwind tension patterns held in the body, find calm and access our natural vitality. It brings a felt sense of aliveness and of coming home to ourselves.

When we learn to breath as we are born to, and use our breath to guide our nervous system we can come into an empowered relationship with our own health and wellbeing, moving from surviving to thriving.

Some of the many benefits:

  • More Energy & Vitality
  • Mental Clarity & focus
  • Resilient nervous system
  • Release of suppressed emotions & trauma
  • Enhanced immunity
  • Increase in oxygen delivery to cells = Decrease in disease
  • Improved sleep
  • Reduces symptoms of Anxiety & Depression
  • Deep peace & calm
  • Presence; Feeling more connected and open to life
  • Increase in JOY

In these classes we flow through different breathwork and movement practices, some ancient some modern, from dynamic practices to deep restorative rest.
While learning breathwork tools you can use in your daily life.
