The day before Valentine’s Day, you are invited into a haven of warmth, scent, softness, and heart-opening magic. You will be guided through a multisensory experience by Nisha, the Essential Oil Goddess, devoted to awakening love, tenderness, and deep inner connection. This ceremony weaves together ancient sauna traditions, aromatic alchemy, and the soft power of the feminine. 

As you step into the sauna, the world outside dissolves into the glow of amber light and gently rolling steam. Here, the heart is honoured. Here, the senses are allowed to bloom.

Over 3 rounds, we will work with high-vibration essential oils for love and intimacy — botanicals revered for centuries for their ability to soften emotional armour, calm the nervous system, and activate the body’s natural warmth and circulation. Oils that soothe. Oils that open. Oils that stir gentle desire and invite you back into the language of your own body. Expect notes of rose, jasmine, ylang-ylang, sandalwood, patchouli, and other plant allies that carry the frequency of love, intimacy and connection. We will also share cacao with rose, a beautiful heart-opening elixir that allows us to honour the energy of love in all its forms.
