Nick Tettersell
Through sea swimming, ice baths & cold showers, Nick found Sauna, and sought solace in the many wild saunas around the coast of Cornwall.
Sauna has helped him deal with past trauma and begun to find inner peace & acceptance.
In 2022, he began the rigorous path to becoming a Sauna Master, training with the Lithuanian Bath Academy.
In 2024, he continued this journey with Sauna Healer training at Sipoonjoki Heritage Sauna, which has deepened his connection to not only the plants and trees, but has begun an awakening of knowledge around runes and Finnish mythology.
Sauna master Nick Tettersell was voted sauna practitioner of the year 2025 by British sauna society and we are honoured to have him joining us at the Cornish Sauna Festival.
