We are delighted you will be joining us for The Cornish Sauna festival, the Hottest Event this Winter.
Set in the backdrop of jaw-dropping scenery, smugglers’ coves, vast beaches, moors, neolithic sites.
Joining us are some of the best sauna masters in Europe and some sizzling hot woodfired saunas!!!
The theme is renewal and authentic self.
Come unwind in the radiant heat of the woodfired Saunas and experience Aufgus or Piritis rituel, shed what is no longer serving you.
The weekend will weave community events, encompassing wellness practices,cosy trad music, workshops, sauna ceremonies and Sauna training.
