Rachel Lambert
A renowned and experienced foraging guide in Cornwall since 2007, Rachel’s passion for seaweeds comes from her love of rock-hopping, wild swimming, and good, healthy natural food.
Rachel’s 2nd book; Seaweed Foraging in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, won a World Gourmand Cookbook award (2016) and she continues to share her knowledge of sustainably harvesting edible seaweed on her popular wild seaweed foraging courses.
Rachel is also a Plastic-Free Champion and caring for the ocean and land is integral to her work
