What to bring?
Please come 10 minutes in advance, so you will be sauna-ready when your session starts.
- Swimwear for your sea swimming or sauna bathing.
- Water bottle – Do bring lots of water, stay hydrated whilst using the sauna.
- Two towels (one for sitting on one for changing).
- Sliders / flip-flops.
- Sauna hat, wet bag, bathrobe.
